Privacy Policy
Effective July 5, 2026. This policy describes what information balancedbyv.com collects and how it's used. The short version: I collect only what you send me, and I never sell it.
Information you send through the contact form
When you submit the form on the contact page, the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide are transmitted to and stored by Netlify (the website's hosting provider) and delivered to Balanced by V by email. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and coordinate your care. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Online booking
Appointments are scheduled through Jane App (balancedbyv.janeapp.com), a practice-management platform. Information you enter there — including health information — is governed by Jane's own privacy policy and handled in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy law. Health information you share as a patient is protected under HIPAA and my obligations as a licensed provider; this website itself does not collect health information.
Communications
If you call, text (787-902-2711), or email (balancedbyvpc@gmail.com), I'll use your contact information to respond and to coordinate appointments. Standard message and data rates may apply to texts. You can ask me to stop contacting you at any time.
Website analytics & cookies
This site does not run advertising trackers and does not use marketing cookies. The hosting provider (Netlify) collects standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — used for security and site operation. If privacy-respecting analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated.
Third-party links
This site links to external services (Jane App for booking, Google Maps for directions). Those services have their own privacy practices, which I don't control.
Your choices
You may request a copy of, or the deletion of, the contact information you've submitted through this website at any time by emailing balancedbyvpc@gmail.com. (Clinical records are handled separately and retained as required by California law.)
