Yes — a 15% courtesy rate for active-duty military, veterans, first responders, teachers, and healthcare workers. The discount applies to single sessions, packages, and memberships.

Your first visit is a New Patient Exam — about 50 minutes total. I start with a thorough conversation about your concerns, health history, and goals. I then perform a physical and movement assessment to identify what's actually causing your pain or limitation, not just where you feel it.

If it's appropriate to treat the same day, you'll receive your first hands-on treatment during this visit. You'll leave with a clear understanding of what's going on and a personalized care plan. See all services & pricing →

Core Treatment is a 45-minute chiropractic-led session combining adjustments, soft tissue work, cupping, and movement-based strategies. It's the right fit when you're addressing pain, recovering from injury, or working through mobility issues.

Private Reformer Pilates is a 45-minute one-on-one session on the reformer, focused on building strength, mobility, and resilience over time. Many patients use it alongside chiropractic care, but it can also stand alone. Not sure which is right? Book the New Patient Exam first.

It depends on what you're working through. Acute issues — a recent injury, sudden onset of pain — often respond within 6–10 visits. Chronic concerns or long-standing patterns may take 12–20 visits to achieve lasting change.

You'll get an honest timeline at your first visit. The goal is always to help you need less care over time, not more.

I treat patients recovering from auto accidents, including whiplash and post-collision soft tissue injuries. I work directly with attorneys and handle documentation needed for your claim, with lien-based care available.

If symptoms didn't show up immediately after your accident, that's normal — soft tissue injuries can take days or weeks to surface. Get evaluated sooner rather than later. Same-day or next-day appointments are usually available for new PI patients. Full personal injury care details →

Chiropractic adjustments are widely recognized as one of the safest non-drug treatments for musculoskeletal pain. I conduct a thorough exam before treating, and if anything isn't a good fit for chiropractic care, I'll tell you directly.

Most patients don't find adjustments painful — you may feel pressure, a brief sensation, and then relief. Some people experience mild soreness for a day after, similar to a good workout. Techniques can always be modified to your comfort.

For most plans, no — you can book directly without going through a primary care doctor. A few plans have specific requirements (some HMOs and Medi-Cal plans), so I recommend calling your insurance to confirm. I can also verify this for you when you reach out.
