What's included

Every technique, under one roof.

Chiropractic isn't just adjustments. Real treatment combines hands-on work, soft tissue therapy, movement guidance, and patience.

01

Chiropractic adjustments

Specific, hands-on adjustments to address joint restrictions and improve alignment — always modified to your comfort, body type, and pain level.

02

Soft tissue therapy

Targeted work on muscles, fascia, and connective tissue — myofascial release, trigger point release, and instrument-assisted techniques as needed.

03

Cupping therapy

Stationary and dynamic cupping to release deep muscle tension, improve circulation, and accelerate recovery — especially for chronic tightness.

04

Reformer Pilates

Reformer-based movement work integrated into care for strength, mobility, and resilience — within sessions and as standalone appointments.

05

Movement therapy

Functional movement assessment and corrective exercise that identifies compensations and builds smarter movement patterns.

06

Sports & active recovery

For runners, surfers, lifters, and weekend athletes — care that supports performance, prevents injury, and gets you back to training.

07

Personal injury rehab

Recovery from auto accidents and whiplash injuries. Lien-based care available. Learn more →

08

Take-home strategies

Every visit ends with one or two specific things to do between appointments. The goal is for you to need less care over time, not more.

In the room

Care in motion.

A few moments from inside the practice — adjustments, hands-on work, and the rhythm of an actual treatment session.

Your visit

What a typical session actually looks like.

No cookie-cutter routines. Every visit follows a flexible four-part rhythm — shaped around what your body needs that day.

01

Check-in

A real conversation about how you're feeling and what's tight or tender from the week. Sets the focus for the session.

02

Assessment

A quick movement and palpation check to see how your body is presenting today — often different from last visit.

03

Treatment

The hands-on portion — adjustments, soft tissue, cupping, and movement work, layered to match the session goals.

04

Take-home

Brief integration and one or two simple things to take into your week — designed to make care stick.

It depends on what you're working through. Acute issues often respond within 6–10 visits; chronic patterns may take 12–20 visits to achieve lasting change. You'll get an honest timeline at your first visit — my goal is always for you to need less care over time, not more.

Your first visit is a 50-minute New Patient Exam: a real conversation about your health history and goals, a physical and movement assessment, and — when appropriate — your first hands-on treatment the same day. More questions answered →
