My office is in downtown La Jolla, not PB — but for most of Pacific Beach it's a straight shot up the coast, usually faster than crossing PB at rush hour. A meaningful share of my practice comes from Pacific Beach and Bird Rock, and this page is for you.
The honest geography
Close enough to matter.
From Crystal Pier to my door at 7850 Ivanhoe Ave is about ten minutes by car — up Mission Boulevard, through Bird Rock, into downtown La Jolla. From north PB it's closer to seven.
Street parking is available around the office and there's a public lot a short walk away — which, if you've ever tried to park in Pacific Beach, may be the most compelling sentence on this page.
